I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience; the courses are packed with detail and really made you think, there was plenty of practical work which helped to reinforce the learning and lots of scenarios to help our understanding,
Joan Frances was a fantastic teacher – supportive, knowledgeable and always fair, she maintained high standards, was strict when needed, but always had the students’ best interest at heart, her professionalism and deep knowledge truly came through and she passed that on to use in such a clear and effective way.
