What an amazing experience! I have done this twice now with Joanfrances and found it deeply emotional to not only find out about some of the lives I have lived but to understand how they impact on who I am today and how I live this life. Joanfrances is wonderful at not only identifying which past lives were holding me back, but she was also able to then release any negative karma linking the past to the present.
